Occasionally a particular placement is so important to an organisation that simply interviewing Candidates might not be enough. In these instances we are able to offer our Clients the option of Psychometric Testing.
Our Psychometric report looks at individual styles and analyses motivation at work and the likely implications in terms of behaviour. It is designed to identify key factors affecting performance in an organisational setting. It looks into the scores that can contribute to strength in one area but may be linked to personal development needs in another. This might for example apply to a very task-orientated approach which then has a negative impact on interpersonal effectiveness.
