We offer our Candidates friendly, honest and helpful advice and we understand
that every Candidate register is unique. Each applicant will have differing
skills and expectations of the type of work and environment they want
to work in, so we pay attention and we genuinely care.
Even if you can't see a job that suits you in our current vacancy list
please email your up to date CV and tell us what you are looking for in
a new role. One of our team will then contact you to see how we can assist
you.
Our Team personally meet all of the applicants who register with us; there
are no 3rd parties involved or on-line registrations. This is so we can
get to know individuals and better understand their needs.
- When registering with us you will be required to
fill in our registration form and you will need to bring your Passport
or Birth Certificate as it is legally required for identification purposes.
Candidates also require an up to date CV supplied to us either by email
or on disc/ memory stick.
- If you are looking for temporary or contract work
you will need to provide details of two referees who we can contact
prior to you starting any temporary or contract assignments. Skills
testing may be required if you are looking for an administration role.
You may also be required to provide proof of your national insurance
number in the form of a card or tax document.
- You spend up to an hour with one of our Consultants
discussing what you want from a new role and just as importantly what
you don’t want. This meeting is critical for us as it is our chance
to get to know you and what is important to you. All registration interviews
are conducted in private and in the strictest confidence.
- Once registered we will not call you every week
to assess your current status, rather we trust you will inform us of
any changes in your situation. However we will contact you when we have
new roles that we believe will be suitable for you.
- When we have a particular position we think a Candidate
might be suitable for we will make contact to discuss the role. We will
disclose all details available, salary etc to find out if you wish us
to forward your CV to our Client. The Client will then make a decision
on who they would like to interview.
- Candidates selected for interview by our Client will
be invited to attend a pre-interview with the Consultant who is assisting
our Customer with their recruitment. This is to make sure you understand
the role as our Client has described it and to give you all the additional
information about the Employers that might not be in the job role. i.e.
whether there is parking, directions, details about the working environment
and the type of people who you would be working with if you were successful
at interview.
- All available details about the Client are provided
to the Candidate to study. If specific skills testing has been requested
by a Client will be done at this stage.
- We advise and help with your interview technique.
This is your opportunity to use our expertise and to practice prior
to the interview. In our experience Candidates who take advantage of
a full pre interview are less nervous and better informed so are much
more likely to succeed 1st time.
- Our service to Candidates is free of charge.
